(FAQ)
How long has this site been around?
Since 2002 basically. The original name (and I'm
using the word original generously here) was something godawful like
"Sprite Zone" (I kid you not).
Can I use your sprites?
Haha, no. Never ever ever.
What do you use to make comics?
I use a combination of Paint Shop Pro 7 (because
I'm really comfortable with it) and Photoshop CS2 (because it's really
powerful).
Why don't you update more?
Rogue and Crossbones are (or will be) updated
sporadically because they are, quite simply, a lot of work. Most people
see a sprite comic as something that takes five seconds and zero effort
to slap together, and while I'm not out to show the world otherwise,
I want my comics to look as good as possible. I can't draw well enough
to do a good drawn comic, but if I've got a story to tell and the
ability to create dynamic images to go with it, then that's what I'm
gonna do. Oops, that turned into a rant. Long story short; comics
are lots of work.
What is UP with Arbitrary Adventures?!
Well, it....ah, forget it. There's no explanation.
Why doesn't 20XX Remix have an ending?
Because
we hate it.
Why the heck do you use FURRY SPRITEZ?
I'm not "into" furries; I don't YIFF.
But the reason I use animal characters in Crossbones is because it
simply makes them more interesting. Some characters like Rader
Lagarto would look much more generic as human. If you
can't enjoy a comic (mine or anyone else's) just because the character
are anthros then I feel sorry for you.
Where'd the sprites go?
Um, all of the sprites were moved to a new site,
Sprite Database, in February 2005. Where you been?
